Women's Talent is a labour networking event for mining and energy industries, which provides a meeting point for labour with talented women from the Antofagasta Region who work in the mining and energy sectors, both in the national and international industry.

The initiative takes place at Exponor and has a comprehensive programme specially designed to highlight, recognise, and empower women in their different roles in the local industry.

“It is an extraordinary event, where women from all over the world come together to connect with relevant stakeholders, share experiences and participate in inspirational conversations. For their part, organisations showcase their value proposition to new talent and, in turn, demonstrate their commitment to sustainable development because sustainable development and inclusive mining is everyone's job. During four days we will not only celebrate the diversity, contribution, and value of women in the national industry, but also offer them the opportunity to network and connect with job offers and professional development," says Lilian Denham, Executive Director of REDEG.

Wednesday, June 5, 2024:

• 15:00 - at Exponor: Women and Mining Seminar: Presentation on the latest trends and opportunities in Diversity, Inclusion and Sustainability Management, with the latest tendencies and opportunities in diversity and inclusion management.
• 18:30 - at Exponor: International Meeting of Women in Mining - Networking Cocktail - Leadership.
• 3-6 June 2024 - Stand 19 Outdoor Area A, Women's Talent: Meeting point where companies will be able to connect and showcase their value proposition to women from all over the world at Exponor.
• 3-6 June 2024: Guided visits to delegations, Talent Speed Meetings with selection and recruitment.
