Female Talent is a labour networking event for mining and energy industries, which provides a meeting point for labour with talented women from the Antofagasta Region who work in the mining and energy sectors, both in the national and international industry.

The initiative was carried out at EXPONOR 2024 in its third version and had a comprehensive programme specially designed to highlight, recognize, and empower women in their different roles in the industry.

Wednesday, June 5, 2024:

• 03:00 pm Women and Mining Seminar: Presentation on the latest trends and opportunities in Diversity, Inclusion and Sustainability Management.
• 06:30 pm - International Meeting of Women in Mining - Networking Cocktail - Leadership.

3-6 June 2024 - Women's Talent Booth

• Meeting point where companies could connect and showcase their value proposition to women from all over the world at EXPONOR.
• Guided visits to delegations, Talent Speed Meetings with selection and recruitment.
