CUSTOMS AND IMPORTS:


In order to bring goods into the country from abroad, you must consider that capital goods, equipment, supplies, module and decoration elements coming from abroad, can benefit from a temporary admission system of up to 180 days after the date EXPONOR ends.

When bringing goods under temporary admission into the exhibition grounds, the exhibitor must declare them as such by means of the corresponding bill of lading and all the customs documentation. When removing them from the premises, the exhibitor must present an authorization from the Customs Service for change of address of the goods, together with the corresponding bill of lading and customs documentation.



SUPPLEMENTARY PROVISIONS:


The exhibitor must ensure the proper treatment of all people, with dignity, respect and fairness. Conduct that goes against that stipulated in the international treaties that Chile has ratified in matters of human rights, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the regulations that govern our country along those lines, and non-discrimination by race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, personal appearance, disability, among others, in order to avoid any act of harassment and sexual harassment, will be unacceptable.

By virtue of the previous point, the exhibitor's personnel will be suitably attired, also taking into account that this is a professional, technical and specialized exhibition in the mining-energy and industrial business, of a national and international nature.

Exhibitors may only carry out advertising inherent to the products and/or services inside their stand, subject to the provisions of the Official Regulations of EXPONOR 2024 and the supervision of the Organising Committee. In the event of non-compliance, the Organising Committee may issue a warning or other sanction to the offender.
