EXPONOR recognizes the role of women in the most important industry in the country. Their presence promotes diversity, drives innovation and improves productivity in the development of more sustainable mining.

In order to highlight the contribution of women in this economic activity, the complete programme of exhibition activities includes the promotion of equity and inclusion in the sector, with initiatives linked to women.

At EXPONOR 2024, there were 47,000 visitors from 57 countries 

EXPONOR technical visitors are professionals or workers in the mining and/or energy industry, and have free admission to the exhibition.

Mining company executives such as CEOs, presidents, vice-presidents, managers, general managers, heads of areas, supervisors, technicians, operators, administrative staff, support area professionals, representatives of supplier companies and the industry's entire value chain.

In addition to mining workers who visit EXPONOR directly from the worksites in groups, as technical delegations representing their company, to better approach the different activities and stands of their interest.
