- On May 6, a draw was held for a stand at EXPONOR 2026, an initiative promoted by the exhibition organizers. This time, the winner was Dipromet Ltda., who won a space of 12 m² completely free of charge for the 2026 edition of the most important mining-energy exhibition next year.
The draw was part of the official opening of the EXPONOR 2026 reservation process, which began on May 7th. With this initiative, management sought to award a 12 m² stand to one of the Expomin attendees who registered at the EXPONOR module during the fair.
The draw took place at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6, and the winner was contacted live. A total of 342 entries were received and Dipromet LTDA. won the draw. The award considers a 12 m² stand, together with all the benefits that exhibitors receive.
"This is the fifth time that we‘ve held this draw, to reward those who want to be part of EXPONOR. We're happy for the winner, who will receive all the benefits such as access to business roundtables, networking after office, receiving the visit of technical delegations, among others", said Andrea Moreno, EXPONOR manager.

In this edition, the winner was Gustavo Leiva, Key Accounts Manager (KAM) of the mining division of Dipromet LTDA., who has been expanding the company's business into the mining sector since 2019, diversifying products supported by the backing of international representatives in the metallurgical sector. This was the entry point to expand their supply towards solutions related to operator safety, production, circularity, process optimisation and automation.
"Because getting into mining isn't so easy. There are processes, tenders and you have to code products. And the mining companies aren't located here in the Metropolitan Region. We are located in Lampa and have to go to Calama, Antofagasta, Copiapó, El Salvador, Rancagua, and Ventanas", Gustavo said.
During his last two visits to EXPONOR, Leiva had been looking for the opportunity to participate as an exhibitor. This will be the first time that Dipromet will be an active part of the event.
"The truth is that it was very good news and was well-received by the company, I‘d already requested a budget to go to EXPONOR and now that we won the draw, there's no excuse not to participate. We're already thinking in a new direction, to be able to prepare a stand and show what we offer".
He also highlighted the importance of the opportunities that EXPONOR generates, commenting that "EXPONOR is a very important opportunity to discover new processes, brands, and how the mining market in Chile is developing: where it's going and what it's looking for. It's a good opportunity for networking and being able to work together with other companies in search of solutions and generating dynamism in this world of mining".
