Women and gender equality in mining and safety, the needs of the industry in terms of education and the analysis by young people with respect to their development projections were the main subjects of the third day at EXPONOR 2024. To this was added the large number of people who visited the exhibition throughout the day. |

Lithium Strategy Seminar: Joint work, which is evidenced in the public-private alliance, is the key to taking Chile to a position of leadership in the lithium market. |
VIII Student Congress: Through a workshop on Artificial Intelligence, young people wishing to work in the mining and energy sector addressed the needs of the industry. |

Site visits: Centinela and two SQM sites were the destinations of the site visits made today. Tomorrow, EXPONOR participants will go to Minera El Abra, Chuquicamata and Albemarle. |
Chilean-Peruvian Chamber of Commerce: It held its business roundtable, with the aim of strengthening ties with potential collaborators, both domestic and from other countries. |
Talent for the new challenges in mining: CCM Eleva, Impulsa 4.0 and Corporación Clúster Minero presented their conclusions, defining the professional profiles that will be required in the future and the gaps detected. |

COMMENT:
Along with all the activities associated with the education and development of human capital, a seminar on the National Lithium Strategy was also held at EXPONOR, where all the actors met to analyse the current scenario and its projections.
