NETWORKING: MUCH MORE THAN BUSINESS NETWORKS |
In order to learn first-hand about the contracting processes and purchase needs of companies, EXPONOR 2024 organizes the Networking After Office, which are opportunities for conversation and connection between the Supply and Purchasing areas of the large mining companies and our exhibitors.
For three days, this is presented in a format that seeks to enhance the generation of networks and strategic information to create new business opportunities among the industry players.
The main mining companies in the Antofagasta Region and other regions of the country will participate in the Networking After Office at EXPONOR 2024.

REGISTRATION:
To access the opportunities offered by Networking After Office, registration opens yesterday through the Accreditation System; enter with your user name and exhibitor password, and look for the "Networking" icon in the blue section on the left. Limited places.

KEY DATES |
Registration opened yesterday for the Business Roundtable. It will remain open until May 31 or until the places are filled in the Accreditation System, whichever comes first. Remember that executives who wish to participate must be previously registered before signing up in the calendar of the company they choose, and there are only 3 places per exhibiting company.
Other dates to remember:
May 13, deadline: for special projects: submission of request for approval of a special project, for evaluation and approval by the Organizing Committee. The documents to be submitted are: floor plan, elevation plan, general technical specifications and images of the project. Projects not submitted before that date will not be authorized at the time of assembly, and only those that have been input into the Accreditation System and have been approved will be allowed.
May 17, deadline: for the registration of the setup company and its personnel. All personnel must have a valid national identity card and/or passport. This document will be requested daily at the entrance to the setup area.
May 20, deadline: for the registration of exhibiting executives in the Accreditation System, in the "Executives" section. Places will depend on the square meters of your stand.
May 24, deadline: for requesting internet.

INTERPRETER / TRANSLATION SERVICE |
The organization will have two Spanish-English interpreters available to our exhibitors, who will provide support free of charge to those who need it, for better communication.
