This newsletter contains information on: Start of registration for Business Roundtable, stand banner, setup and electricity credentials for special projects, site visits, and other key dates.


BUSINESS ROUNDTABLE

Registration for the Business Roundtable , will be open in the Accreditation System as of Tuesday, May 7.

The companies receiving suppliers will be: Albemarle, Altonorte, Antofagasta Minerals, BHP, Capstone Copper, CODELCO, Fining, Lomas Bayas, Minera HMC, Minera Las Cenizas SCM El Abra, Pan American Silver, Sierra Gorda SCM, SQM and Teck.

Remember that these 10-minute meetings are intended for making contact and generating mutual interest, you can go into more detail in later conversations that may translate into a business deal in the future.

This is a closed activity for EXPONOR 2024 exhibitors, with limited places. Availability is directly related to the confirmation and participation of the executives indicated by the mining companies; given the above, the places will be filled as they are requested in the schedule by the exhibitors.

IMPORTANT: remember that before scheduling a meeting, it is ESSENTIAL that the executives have first been accredited in the Accreditation System.

STAND BANNER

Monday May 6 is the final deadline for exhibitors to upload the information for their stand's banner in the Accreditation System.

WHAT IS A BANNER?
It is the band placed at the top of your stand, identifying it with the name of your company.

WHO SHOULD UPLOAD THIS INFORMATION?
Companies that chose the banner option when they registered their stand. The form is available only for them, until May 6.

WHAT ABOUT COMPANIES WITH A SPECIAL PROJECT?
They do not have a banner on their stand, so they do not need to upload this information.

SETUP AND ELECTRICITY CREDENTIALS FOR SPECIAL PROJECTS

The final deadline for uploading the information on the setup personnel in the Accreditation System is Friday, May 17.

IMPORTANT: all personnel must have a valid national identity card or passport. This identification document will be requested daily at the entrance to the exhibition grounds. As indicated previously, setup will begin on Monday, May 20.

SITE VISITS

There are only a few places left for the Site Visits to large mining companies in the Antofagasta Region, between Tuesday, June 4 and Thursday, June 6.

Given the high interest since registration began, SQM has added two visits to the Lithium plant, Salar del Carmen.

OTHER KEY DATES

We remind you of the deadlines for all these processes:

  • May 3: form to be filled in in the system, with the innovation to be presented at EXPONOR, for prior promotion at www.exponor.cl/expone-innovacion. If this is not done by the date indicated, it will not be added to the website later.
  • May 6: request for additional electrical energy.
  • May 6: request for a cocktail party.
  • May 13: special projects: submission of request for approval of a special project, for evaluation and approval by the Organizing Committee. The documents to be submitted are: floor plan, elevation plan, general technical specifications and images of the project. If it is not sent before that date, the project will not be authorized at the time of assembly, and only those input into the Accreditation System and approved will be allowed.
