With less than 20 days until the start of EXPONOR 2024, we share the latest information with you. Here you will find IMPORTANT information about the electrical wiring for special projects (requirements of the Superintendence of Electricity and Fuels).

In addition, information on the opening ceremony, courtesy invitations, visits by technical delegations, site visits, changes to the Networking After Office, deadlines for form submissions, lunch vouchers and shuttle buses to the venue.


OPENING CEREMONY

We inform you that all exhibitors have been sent an invitation with a link to register ONE representative from each exhibiting company to participate in the opening ceremony. Remember that even if more people register, ONLY the first person registered will be taken into account. If you have not received this invitation, request it from: inauguracion@exponor.cl


IMPORTANT FOR SPECIAL PROJECTS

SEC REQUIREMENTS AND ELECTRICAL DECLARATION FOR EXPONOR 2024 WIRING:

At the request of the Superintendence of Electricity, the Antofagasta SEC, an ordinance has been issued to declare the wiring through the TE1 once the assembly of the special projects begins. Along these lines, the SEC submissions for the final approval of the projects will be received on the same day that their assembly begins, otherwise, the works at site will be stopped.

OUTDOOR ASSEMBLY START DATES: Monday, May 20

For example, if your project is in the Outdoor Zone and you begin assembly on May 22, you must upload the presentation to the platform that same day and notify asistente@exponor.cl and coordinacion@soltecing.cl of this. For the time being, the electrical plans in SEC format of each project will be accepted as prior information for provisional approval.

We regret the inconvenience that this may cause, but this measure is beyond our control. It is important to note that, in accordance with what the Antofagasta SEC has informed us, those who do not comply with this ordinance risk fines and penalties as provided by law.

For those who have made SEC submissions in advance, even if you already have the TE1 approved, you must re-upload the project to the platform once assembly begins. The SEC will be continuously inspecting the facilities on a random basis, so the presence of the installers who make the declaration will be required.


COURTESY INVITATIONS

In light of inquiries from several exhibitors, the courtesy invitations were again sent to all companies on Monday, May 13. It should be noted that the number of invitations is directly related to the number of square meters contracted for each stand. Inquiries to: asistenteexponor@aia.cl


VISIT BY TECHNICAL DELEGATIONS

We already have 20 delegations registered for technical visits to the exhibition. Make EXPONOR your business centre, through a technical visit delegation! SHUTTLE BUSES

We remind you that we will have exclusive shuttle buses for exhibitors, from different hotels in the city to the exhibition grounds (round trip), on two routes: Costa (hotels along the coast) and Valle (hotels in the central area of the city). There are only a few places left for site visits to:

    DEADLINES

    May 20, deadline: registration of exhibiting executives in the Accreditation System, in the "Executives" section. Places will depend on the square meters of your stand.

    May 20: start of outdoor stand assembly.

    May 24, deadline: request for internet.

    May 27: start of indoor stand assembly.

    May 31, deadline: registration for the Business Roundtable in the Accreditation System. Remember that executives who wish to participate must be previously registered before signing up in the agenda of the company they choose, and there are only three places per exhibiting company.

    INTERPRETER / TRANSLATION SERVICE

    The organization will have two Spanish-English interpreters available to our exhibitors who will provide support free of charge to those who need it, for better communication.

    To book this service, with a maximum of 45 minutes per exhibitor, send an email to: areyes@aia.cl, or go to the information stands located at the main entrances of the venue: the Cerro Entrance and the Mar Entrance.
