We also take this opportunity to remind you that our official communications are always sent from emails with the extensions exponor.cl, sicep.cl o aia.cl. Any other information relating to EXPONOR that comes from other addresses has not been sent by us.

Given the attention that the exhibition attracts, you may receive promotions and notices from companies or from the media to promote their services. However, only emails with the mentioned extensions come from our organization.

LAST GENERAL MEETING FOR EXHIBITORS

This Friday,  April 26, at 10:00 am (local time), we will hold the last informative meeting for exhibitors on the EXPONOR Program and use of the Accreditation System. If you have not attended, we suggest that you schedule it and connect. Connection link, click HERE.

VISIT BY TECHNICAL DELEGATIONS

Make EXPONOR your business centre through a technical visit delegation. EXPONOR is characterized by being an on-site exhibition, where industry collaborators have the opportunity to be part of the most important International Exhibition of Technologies and Innovations for the Mining and Energy Industry of the year.

To capitalize on this opportunity, we have visits from technical delegations that target technicians, operators, professionals, supervisors, managers and executives from the mining and energy industries, among others.

WHAT IS A TECHNICAL VISIT?
A technical visit delegation is a group of five or more collaborators who visit EXPONOR together, with the aim of forming a direct relationship with the exhibiting companies and specialists of the mining, energy, and supplier companies.

WHAT IS ITS GOAL?
To facilitate direct, face-to-face meetings between the providers of technologies, innovations, products and services, and the strategic areas of large companies that require solutions to their various operational challenges.

HOW IS A TECHNICAL VISIT PLANNED?
EXPONOR has set up the Visitor Platform, which provides detailed information on the extensive programme of activities. This will allow you to plan your visit, either individually or in groups.

We invite you to register and coordinate your delegations at: visitatecnica@exponor.cl.

MINING BUSINESS CENTRES

There will be 9 mining business centres at EXPONOR 2024: Albemarle, Antofagasta Minerals, BHP, CODELCO, Glencore, Minera El Abra, Sierra Gorda SCM, SQM and Teck, where their technical and supply teams will meet visitors.

SHUTTLE BUSES

In addition to the public and private transport options, EXPONOR’s organizers will provide exclusive shuttle buses for exhibitors, from various hotels in the city to the exhibition grounds (round trip).

We will have two routes: the Coastal Route, which will cover the hotels located on the coast, while the Valley Route, will cover the hotels located in the central area of the city.

Below, you will find the link to the form that lists the hotels that will serve as meeting points, and the pick-up times at each of them. If your hotel is not on the list, find the nearest hotel on the map that is included in the form. We suggest that you arrive at the meeting point a few minutes before the indicated time.

The itineraries have been prepared taking into account the regular opening time, which is at 10:00 am. The pick-up time includes two schedules: a bus at 6:15 pm (exhibition closing) and another at 8:00 pm, for the end of the after-office Networking.

Please register the location and time where you will board your shuttle bus by clicking HERE. *If you do not fill in the form, it will be understood that you do not require the service and, therefore, you will be excluded from this benefit.
