We share important information about key deadlines for the different processes, the Visitor Platform, the last call to appear in the Exhibitor Catalogue and Present Your Innovation, in addition to registration for the seminars and technical talks that will be available at EXPONOR 2024.

LAST CALL: EXHIBITOR CATALOGUE AND PRESENT YOUR INNOVATION
Companies that have not yet submitted the information for the Exhibitor Catalogue (printed), have until this Friday, April 19. The information must be sent through the Accreditation System. For more information, write to produccion.codetia@aia.cl.

*If you have not received your password to access the Accreditation System, contact soporte@exponor.cl.

Next Friday, May 3, is the deadline for companies that wish to publish their innovation in advance on the EXPONOR 2024 website. Submit the information by filling in the Present Your Innovation form in the Accreditation System.

KEY DEADLINES:

With less than two months before the exhibition starts, we remind you of the deadlines for all these processes:

  • April 26: request for banner and indication of the name to be printed on it.
  • April 26: request for additional energy.
  • May 3: special projects: submission of request for approval of a special project, for evaluation and approval by the Organizing Committee. The documents to be submitted are: floor plan, elevation plan, general technical specifications and images of the project.
  • May 17: accreditation of assembly company and its personnel.
  • May 24: request for internet.

Please respect the deadlines and fill in the forms in the Accreditation System.

Over nine seminars will be held at EXPONOR 2024. The challenges related to the use and application of new technologies, sustainability, green mining and hydrogen, lithium, women and mining, together with the investment prospects in the mining and energy sector for the coming years, are some of the subjects to be addressed in these meetings.
